2–6 Months Old 7 Months – 3 Years Old 4–5 Years Old

My child is intimidated by the water. Swimmer feels comfortable swimming under the water. "Superman glide - Swimmer is able to push off side and glide 5-7 yards to reach to platform.

6–8 Years Old

Swimmer feels comfortable swimming under the water. "Superman Glide" - Swimmer is able to push off side and glide 5-7 yards to reach to platform. Independently kick on front and back for 5-7 yards. Able to swim a 12.5 yards of freestyle

9–12 Years Old

Swimmer feels comfortable swimming under the water. "Superman Glide" - Swimmer is able to push off side and glide 5-7 yards to reach to platform. Independently kick on front and back for 5-7 yards. Able to swim a 12.5 yards of freestyle. Can swim 25 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke. Can swim 50 yards freestyle, 50 yards backstroke with flip turns

Has an understanding of how to swim ALL Strokes. Can swim 50 yards freestyle, 50 yards backstroke with flip turns.

A FREE trial lesson is an excellent way to evaluate your child’s swimming abilities to determine the appropriate level for enrollment. Each trial lesson is 15 minutes and is part of a group lessons with an instructor.

Please check in with the front desk when arriving for your FREE trial lesson. Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time, as classes begin promptly.
